Chapter 265 - Chapter 265: Heading to the Kree Empire

As Karl looked at the Kree warrior whose neck he had crushed, a golden glimmer flashed through his eyes.

The corpse instantly disintegrated into particles and vanished into the vacuum of space.

Karl had no interest in wasting time with the remnants of the Kree fleet.

Raising his right hand calmly, he gathered a vast amount of energy into his fist.

Then he slowly threw a punch toward the surviving Kree warships.

The motion was incredibly slow.

So slow that even an elderly man practicing tai chi in a park on Earth would have thrown a faster punch.

Yet the moment the punch was completed—

WHOOSH!

A terrifying torrent of golden energy erupted from Karl's fist.

The attack accelerated beyond conventional physical limits, tearing through space itself as it surged toward the Kree fleet.

The Kree warships' energy shields shattered instantly upon contact.

The defensive barriers that could normally withstand interstellar bombardment were as fragile as paper before Karl's power.

The ships didn't even have time to explode.

The vessels, along with the Kree soldiers inside them, were erased completely from existence.

Within a single second, every remaining warship near the two Skyblade VII warships disappeared from space.

Nothing remained.

Not debris.

Not wreckage.

Not even dust.

Only silent emptiness.

Karl then returned to his warship.

Meanwhile, aboard Tony's vessel, everyone stared at the battlefield in shock.

Although Tony had long known that Karl was powerful, witnessing such a display firsthand was still overwhelming.

An entire interstellar fleet had been annihilated by a single punch.

At that moment, Tony finally understood just how terrifying Karl's current level of power had become.

He also gained a new appreciation for the capabilities of his own Celestial-class warship.

"Haohan, locate the Kree Empire."

"Then open a wormhole passage."

"Set the destination directly to the Kree Empire."

Karl spoke calmly after returning to the central living room.

He had no intention of allowing the Kree to continue sending fleets after him.

The simplest solution was to deal with the problem at its source.

[Understood, Sir.]

[Locating the Kree Empire...]

[Location confirmed.]

[Target civilization: Kree Empire.]

[Current location: Northwestern region of the Large Magellanic Cloud.]

[Opening wormhole corridor...]

[Destination locked.]

[Entering wormhole space.]

After receiving Karl's order, Haohan immediately began executing the command.

The coordinates had already been obtained during the previous infiltration of the Kree fleet's systems.

Soon, a massive wormhole appeared before the two warships.

Its swirling interior radiated strange spatial fluctuations.

Under Haohan's control, both Skyblade VII warships slowly entered the wormhole corridor.

After the vessels disappeared inside, the wormhole gradually closed behind them.

Only then did Tony and the others learn their destination.

The Kree Empire.

Tony honestly didn't care very much.

As far as he was concerned, Karl was accompanying them.

With Karl around, he could focus on scientific research, spend time with Pepper and Morgan, and enjoy exploring the universe.

The Kree Empire was simply another stop along the way.

At this moment, Crystal was still aboard the warship.

Apparently, after finally getting together with Pietro, the two had become inseparable.

For several days they had remained in their room together.

No one on the warship intentionally monitored private quarters, so nobody paid much attention.

Even Haohan deliberately avoided disturbing them.

As a result, it wasn't until Pietro and Crystal finally emerged and entered the living room that May and Raven realized Crystal was still aboard.

After learning that the warship had already entered the wormhole corridor, they informed the pair of the current situation.

They were no longer on Earth.

In fact, they were no longer even in the Milky Way.

Pietro froze.

Crystal was equally stunned.

Didn't that mean she couldn't return to Attilan anytime soon?

Crystal suddenly remembered something else.

Lockjaw wasn't with her.

Just then, Juggernaut walked into the room carrying a giant bucket of fried chicken.

Following closely behind him was Lockjaw himself.

The enormous teleporting bulldog stared intently at the chicken.

Drool continuously dripped from the corners of his mouth.

Seeing that Lockjaw was perfectly fine, Crystal finally relaxed.

Still, she reported the situation to Karl through Haohan.

After hearing everything, Karl didn't know whether to laugh or sigh.

He grabbed a cup of coffee from the dining area and headed toward the living room.

At that moment, Pietro and Crystal were sitting perfectly upright on the sofa.

Their backs were rigid.

Their heads were lowered so far they almost touched their chests.

A moment later, footsteps echoed through the corridor.

The two immediately tensed.

Meanwhile, May, Raven, Black Phoenix, and the others watched them with amused smiles.

May even recalled the first time she met Karl.

Back then, she had nearly lost her life because of him.

Yet somehow, she had ended up staying by his side ever since.

Thinking about those early days caused her cheeks to flush slightly.

Soon, Karl entered the room.

He was wearing the elegant robe Yan had personally designed for him.

Seeing Pietro and Crystal sitting there nervously with their heads lowered, Karl couldn't help twitching his lips.

Nearby, Lockjaw was currently being entertained by Juggernaut.

The enormous dog seemed perfectly content.

Karl walked over and sat down on the sofa.

Yan and Black Phoenix immediately occupied positions on either side of him.

May and Raven sat nearby.

Behind him stood Natasha and Yelena.

Ganata sat on another sofa further away with Red Crystal.

The two girls were focused on a tablet, discussing something quietly.

Helen Cho was probably still taking a shower.

Hela was in Karl's room.

Nobody knew what she was doing.

The moment Karl sat down, Natasha and Yelena began massaging his shoulders.

Black Phoenix casually took his coffee and held it for him.

"So."

Karl looked at Pietro and Crystal.

"You're saying Crystal can't return home?"

He took a sip of coffee.

"But who said she can't?"

"If she wants to return to Attilan, I can send her back immediately."

"It's not difficult."

"And if she doesn't want to leave, I can establish a direct communications link between here and Attilan."

"She can talk with Medusa whenever she wants."

"So."

Karl leaned back comfortably.

"What do you want to do?"

As he spoke, Yan was already sitting in his lap.

Karl casually stroked one of her white wings.

The sensitive feathers caused Yan's body to tremble slightly.

She immediately leaned against him.

Meanwhile, Black Phoenix occasionally raised the coffee cup to Karl's lips.

May and Raven fed him fruit and desserts.

Wanda and the others had disappeared somewhere else aboard the ship.

Karl looked completely relaxed.

"I... I don't want to go back."

Crystal slowly raised her head.

Her cheeks were slightly red.

Pietro also looked up.

Their eyes met.

Both saw the same emotions reflected there.

Crystal then turned toward Karl.

Although she was somewhat embarrassed by the number of beautiful women surrounding him, she wasn't particularly surprised.

In the universe, strength often came with privileges.

And Karl stood at a level far beyond ordinary beings.

The moment Crystal answered, everyone understood exactly what was happening.

The room immediately filled with meaningful smiles.

Pietro and Crystal lowered their heads again in embarrassment.
