Hiruzen had calmed down by now. He looked at Rokuro, smiled, and said heartily, "Alright, no problem. But if you do it one more time, I'll give you an extra scroll!"
"Really?" Rokuro's eyes lit up. "Two A-Rank Ninjutsu? You better not be tricking me!"
Hiruzen smiled. "I am the Hokage; why would I trick you?"
Rokuro was overjoyed. "Then I won't be polite. I won't miss out on such a good deal!"

He poured all his Chakra into the scroll again.
Then, he sat cross-legged once more and began refining Chakra.

Just as he sat down, Hiruzen walked over and placed his hand on Rokuro's head. Rokuro said unhappily, "Lord Hokage, why are you touching my head? You're interfering with my recovery!"
Hiruzen chuckled. "Your head feels comfortable to touch. Just focus on your recovery; don't mind me!"
Rokuro rolled his eyes. "You're the Hokage; you call the shots."
Seeing Rokuro's displeasure, Hiruzen didn't remove his hand.
His sensory perception was fully active. He was monitoring the situation inside Rokuro's body. He could clearly sense the circulation route of Rokuro's Chakra. If Rokuro used any other Ninjutsu or technique, Hiruzen would immediately detect the anomaly.

Hiruzen patted Rokuro and smiled. "That's the spirit. Konoha's future depends on you. Go back and rest. If you have any issues in the future, you can come find me!"
Rokuro nodded and turned to leave. "Then I'm going back to sleep. I'm dead tired today; my head still hurts!"
