Chapter 329: Team Magma Strikes Again
The Team Rocket Trio had made up their minds to intercept them, so they quietly snuck over to the route Team Magma had to take to evacuate and lay in wait.

May looked at the large model hanging from the ceiling and exclaimed, "Ash, look, that's a model of a Wailord! It looks so realistic!"

May corrected him, "Goldeen evolves into Seaking! The one that evolves into Gyarados is Magikarp. Yangpu, you really don't know anything about Pokemon."

"No one else. I personally notified the rest of the staff about the closure last night," Captain Stern said.

Ash asked, pointing in the direction where he sensed the Aura.

Realizing something was wrong, Captain Stern hurried toward his office.
Seeing this, Ash and the others hurriedly followed.

"Are you the rumored Team Magma? What do you want with that scorched stone?" Captain Stern demanded.
"I have no need to answer you. Mightyena, Shadow Sneak!" the Team Magma field commander said coldly.
Ash said, "Pikachu, use Iron Tail!"
"Pika!"
The moment the Shadow Sneak attacked, Pikachu swung its tail and cut the Shadow Sneak in half.
Seeing Pikachu, the Team Magma members recognized Ash and the others. The commander scoffed, "Hmph, it's you guys again. But we have business today, so we won't tangle with you. Retreat!"
After breaking the window, the Team Magma members jumped down.
But as soon as they landed, they ran into the Team Rocket Trio, who had been lying in ambush for a long time.
"Cacnea, use Pin Missile!"
"Seviper, use Poison Tail!"
Jessie and James's goal was very clear: they targeted the Team Magma commander who was holding the briefcase.
The Team Magma commander scoffed, "More annoying pests. Mightyena, use Impact!"
The Mightyena's level was clearly higher than Seviper's; with just one Tackle, Seviper was knocked out.

"All together now, finish them off!"

Facing the Hyper Beam attack, the three of them commanded their Pokemon to respond.
Captain Stern also released his own Pokemon—Sealeo.
After trading a wave of moves, a red aircraft appeared on the edge of a nearby cliff.
Ash said dismissively, "Trying to run? Not a chance. Pikachu, Thunderbolt!"
"Pika-chu!"
Pikachu didn't hold back anymore, releasing a powerful bolt of electricity. It took out the Mightyena in one hit while also giving the Team Magma members a shock therapy session.
The Team Magma commander was completely numb from the electricity, and his grip on the briefcase loosened. Seeing this, Yangpu quickly ran over and retrieved the case.
Seeing that the field team had failed, the aircraft floored it and took off, abandoning their teammates in one smooth motion.
Finally, Captain Stern contacted Officer Jenny to take the Team Magma members away.
And Ash and the others received some information on Water-type Pokemon from the Oceanic Museum
