Chapter 322: May's Gym Challenge
"Eevee, use Swift."
At that very moment, Ash and Brock arrived just in time; they had seen the firelight and rushed over.
Eevee's Swift attack instantly shredded the large net into pieces.
As the debris drifted in front of Sableye, it realized that this was an item outside of the plan, and it couldn't help but turn back to look at Meowth, using its eyes to question the situation.
"Sableye, Meowth is a bad guy who goes around doing evil deeds. You've been used as a pawn," Ash said.
Realizing the situation was dire, Meowth desperately tried to explain: "Ash, you guys are the bad ones! Sableye, you have to believe me, meow!"
"Meowth, stop making excuses. Jessie and James have already confessed that tricking Sableye was your idea."

Ash's words left Meowth feeling confused.
It seemed like his plan was something he had thought of on the spot; he hadn't discussed it with those two at all!
"Sableye, if you don't believe that Meowth is lying to you, just look over there and see if those two guys are Meowth's accomplices."
Ash pointed out the location where Jessie and James were hiding.
Sableye glanced at Ash, then jumped onto the top of the mine shaft, quickly moving toward the place where Jessie and James were hiding; it took less than thirty seconds.
Jessie and James were so frightened by Sableye that they fled in panic.
After returning, Sableye's gaze was fixed on Meowth, as if asking: "Little brother, what's going on?"
With such a sudden turn of events, even Meowth started to doubt himself.
Seeing that Meowth remained silent for a long time, Sableye took it as an admission that it had been lying, so it used a Dark Pulse, blasting Meowth out of the mine.
But because of that explosion, the structure of the entire mine changed, and the inside began to collapse.

Seeing May's choice, Brawly couldn't help but nod: "Beautifly? That's a good choice."

As May gave the command, Beautifly released shimmering dust from its body, which drifted toward Machop.
Facing this offensive, Brawly said unhurriedly: "Machop, use Karate Chop continuously."
