The morning came quickly, but the story did not change for Jade. She made breakfast once more and was on her way to his room when Eden broke the news to her that he had left the mansion again. It was a shock to Jade because she had been up since six a.m., hoping that his breakfast would be ready by seven, and it was already a few minutes past seven only for her to learn that he was no longer in the mansion.
"Well, where is he?" she asked Eden, the desperation evident in her voice. "Since yesterday I have not seen him. What has he eaten? I know he doesn't like to eat out much. Is he okay, or…" She paused, and her face fell.
"Is he angry with me because of my behavior for the past few days? I didn't want to do any of that, I swear. I will apologize to him when I see him. There is no need for him…"
