Chapter 370 - Chapter 370: Sloth Wakes Up

Boom~!

"Those Bird-men, how dare they open a hole above our heads, those bastards."

Accompanied by a loud bang, all of Hell was shaken. The activities the six Great Sins were engaged in stopped instantly. They simultaneously looked up toward the sky of Hell, where a crack had split open and was being slowly widened. Pride looked at the rift angrily as a holy aura that demons hated most emanated from it. Clearly, Heaven's general offensive against Hell had begun. Raising her right hand, a black magic bullet instantly flew from her palm and exploded in the sky. The summons for the Great Sins had begun. Xiemier frowned and, without having time to make arrangements with Artoria, flapped her wings and flew toward the gathering place with her subordinates.

"With such a move, the other side has come prepared. I wonder if they can survive this ordeal."

Artoria gazed at the rift opening in the sky. In this battle, the side of Heaven was clearly prepared. This matter was definitely not as simple as a mere skirmish. Artoria was worried that Xiemier and the others would suffer a great loss. From the scale of the opponent's actions, one could see that the forces Heaven deployed were definitely not small. It seemed Heaven was very confident in taking down Hell this time. Artoria was quite curious about how these fellows possessed such confidence.

"Awake?"

After the sky was torn open, Artoria felt that the Little guy seemed to be waking up. When the Little guy's eyelids began to twitch, Artoria knew the child was about to wake. Gently rubbing the Little guy's cheek, Artoria saw a pair of large, pale purple eyes open before her. But the power surrounding the Little guy directly burst through that bubble, increasing nearly tenfold. Fortunately, Artoria's Soul Stone was always active, protecting her soul, so she wasn't crushed by this power.

"Who are you?"

Looking at the person appearing before her, the Little guy clearly felt as though she hadn't quite woken from her dream. She looked at the beautiful older sister before her, tilted her head cutely, and asked curiously. That little look was beyond adorable. Artoria couldn't help but pull the Little guy into her arms and mess with her. This finally caused the Little guy to wake up completely. Who is this person? Why isn't she afraid of my ability? What's going on? Various questions surfaced in the Little guy's heart. So fragrant, so big, so soft—even softer than Bular and the others, but I can't breathe, it's so uncomfortable. With her entire head buried in Artoria's breasts, Mili waved her short arms, hoping to make this strange person notice that she was very uncomfortable.

"Sorry, sorry, you're just too cute. If only Mordred and those two girls were this cute."

With the mindset that things in other people's pots are always better, Artoria felt that this little Sleep Demon before her was even cuter than her own three children. She suddenly had the urge to pack this girl up and take her home to raise. She loves to sleep, isn't noisy, and aside from that somewhat troublesome passive ability, everything else was fine. This child's appetite didn't seem large either; she was the easy-to-raise type. She could even be used as a pillow when there was nothing to do.

"My name is Artoria. Someone asked me to protect you. Heaven is attacking Hell."

After the Little guy broke free from Artoria's embrace, she ran to a corner and looked at Artoria warily, her eyes full of defensiveness, just like a cute little beast. Seeing this, Artoria didn't dare to pet her recklessly anymore and could only try to soothe the bristling Little guy. Artoria's words didn't lie to the Little guy; Xiemier had indeed entrusted Artoria to protect her. Although the Little guy had almost been smothered in Artoria's breasts just now, it was undeniable that Artoria truly liked this little girl.

"What's that sound?"

Listening to Artoria speak to her kindly and seeing that she wasn't approaching, Mili calmed down. Once she calmed down, she suddenly heard very loud roars. Although she didn't know what was happening, she quickly ran to the edge of the window and looked out. She happened to see dense crowds of Angels flying out from the large hole in the sky, clashing violently with the demons. Seeing this scene, the Little guy's eyes widened. She instinctively flapped her wings to fly toward the battlefield, but the next moment, she found her wings being grabbed.

"There's a war going on over there. With your small arms and legs, if you go in, you'll be gone in an instant. I wouldn't be able to explain that to the Lord."

Holding the Little guy with one hand, Artoria spoke to her earnestly. This was no joke; even if you are a Lord, the other side has Archangels. If you are noticed by those powerful existences, they will surely have a way to break the strange ability on your body. If they give you a purification, won't you be completely finished? Therefore, Artoria wouldn't let this Little guy run to the battlefield no matter what. Such a cute Little guy must not be allowed any mishaps. She was lecturing the Little guy, not wanting her to go to the battlefield, but the Little guy didn't necessarily listen. Turning her head and puffing out her cheeks, the Little guy was clearly angry. Her two wings flapped incessantly, trying to fly out of Artoria's hand, but how could she know how great Artoria's strength was? Even with all her might, she couldn't break free from Artoria's grip.

"Let me go, let me go! I want to fight for Hell! Those hypocritical Angels, if they dare come to Hell, we'll make sure they never leave alive! Let me go, you villain!"

Two little hands and two short little legs flailed against Artoria's body, but they didn't cause her any pain; instead, it felt like a massage. Hearing the Little guy's words, Artoria almost died laughing. How could there be such a cute little thing? How could she be so likable? But the love for Hell in her tone was real. Artoria's view of Hell had completely changed because of this Little guy. Indeed, they are demons, but these demons never hide their desires. They are very direct about what they want, which is much better than those hypocritical fellows who say they don't want something but are twisted with jealousy behind people's backs.

"Give me a reason I can't refuse, and I might just give you a hand."

Facing such a cute Little guy, Artoria's heart eventually softened. She carried the Little guy to the bed, let her sit down, pressed down those restless wings, and spoke to her seriously. Human thoughts can be very strange sometimes. Previously, Artoria was dead set against helping, fearing involvement in the war between the two races, but after seeing such a cute Little guy, she decided to help. It's like how one moment a person wants to eat a donkey meat burger, but the next moment they see a hot pot and go to eat hot pot instead. Such changes are very swift. In Artoria's case, it had to do with the person asking for help. Xiemier might be an enchanting beauty, and Artoria herself was no less, perhaps even a step above, but even to such a beauty, Artoria didn't give any face and even rejected her with a difficult task. But for such a cute little girl, if she asked Artoria for help, Artoria decided to act for the sake of her cuteness.

"A reason? Do I need a reason?"

Artoria's words left the Little guy stunned. Her previously angry face instantly became dazed and adorable. She looked so blankly cute that Artoria couldn't help but reach out her index finger to scratch the Little guy's nose, feeling that 'cuteness needs no reason' because 'cuteness is justice.' With a sense of doting on the Little guy in her heart, Artoria summoned her Spirit Gear. This time, she was going to test the power of the Angels. She instinctively glanced at the Infinity Stones and found that the Reality Stone had been controlled, and the Space Stone seemed to be starting to shine as well. This gave Artoria a sudden feeling of having grasped something, but now she had to take the Little guy to battle.

"Let me give you a hand, Little guy. Get in... er, come into my arms."

Reaching out, Artoria held the Little guy in one arm. Hearing Artoria's words, the Little guy didn't struggle and looked at Artoria with some gratitude. She thought she was a villain, but unexpectedly she was a good person. The Little guy quieted down. A flash of black light appeared on Artoria's hand, and a black spear appeared. Squatting slightly, she jumped with force, and Artoria and the Little guy flew directly toward the Angel army.
