"Where did you go?"
Pepper was chatting with a few of the high-ranking wives she was familiar with. Seeing Tony walk over with a smile on his face, Pepper apologized to the ladies with a smile, then slowly walked over to Tony's side. If it weren't for the fact that most of the guests invited were married women, and the waiters and chefs were all men, she would have thought this guy went off to get a massage or find a corner to hook up with someone; otherwise, he wouldn't have such an expression. Thinking of this, Pepper unhesitatingly reached out her hand, pretending to hook her arm with Tony's, while her other hand pinched the flesh on Tony's waist hard, twisting it a full ninety degrees. Tony's smile instantly collapsed, turning into a wry grimace.
"I just went to eliminate a pest."
Tony, whose eyes were almost watering from the pain, forcefully held back his tears, but the paleness on his face couldn't be hidden. Upon hearing Pepper's question, Tony promptly explained what he had just done and why he did it. This made Pepper feel a bit better, and even her grip loosened. Tony was finally able to escape. Facing so many people, he was too embarrassed to check if his skin was bruised, so he could only rub the spot unobtrusively to make himself feel a bit better.
"The situation is like this, it's entirely your own fault, Tony. Who told you to bring this guy, who is just like a terrorist, to the wedding? Now he has his eyes on Artoria. What do you say we do next? You didn't kill him, did you!?"
Knowing that this guy didn't go off to cheat on her, Pepper felt much better, but upon hearing about this matter, her brows furrowed. She didn't know who that guy was, and Tony wouldn't tell her, but she felt that he didn't look like a good person. Pepper didn't want such a person to appear around her family, especially in front of her sister-in-law, whom she treated like her own younger sister. Thinking of this, Pepper couldn't help but complain to Tony. Why bring such a person over? If Pepper knew this guy was the one who just caused the tsunami, her reaction would definitely have been even more intense.
"How could I kill someone, my dear? I just knocked him out and had Jarvis send him to Thailand."
Hearing Pepper's words, Tony spoke calmly about his method, but he neglected to mention how he had "repaired" the guy over the last hour. "Bruised and swollen" wouldn't even cover it; it was more like "flesh and blood." And that large golden trident—Tony had directly ordered Jarvis to melt down Adamantium metal and seal the trident inside. After it cooled, he had it placed directly in his Underground Room. Now, that guy wouldn't be able to call upon the power of the seawater. Such a guy actually wanted to get close to his sister and even wanted to get to know her; not killing him was already being merciful enough.
"I'm saying, can we..."
Saying this, Pepper leaned into Tony's ear and whispered. Those who saw them smiled knowingly, thinking it was the sweet affection of newlyweds. No one knew that this couple was discussing "silencing" someone. At a sacred wedding hall, the couple wasn't considering their future happy life, but instead preparing to extinguish a life. After listening to Pepper, Tony looked at her in surprise, then nodded.
"Artoria, from now on! If you see such ill-intentioned guys, just ignore them. I don't think he's a good person. If you don't want to deal with him, just call us, and we will take care of it."
Artoria was currently surrounded by women. The women around were chattering, saying things like, "The guy who appeared just now is not a good person! You need to be careful in the future!" and so on. Because she felt it was quite interesting, Artoria didn't stop them. She knew much more than this group, including Namor's background and character, but so what? She had no interest in men, and liked them even less. What could pique her interest were beautiful girls, so the worries of this group of women were all superfluous. It was just that their state was very interesting, which was why Artoria didn't expose them.
"Alright, I didn't intend to talk to him anyway. Who touched my butt? And that person, don't put your oily hand on my chest."
This group of women were becoming increasingly unruly, unexpectedly reaching out to grope her. This made the veins on Artoria's forehead pop. It wasn't that she was overly sensitive, but could you please not wipe your greasy hands—after eating big chicken legs—on me? It wasn't clean. Although the clothes on her body were conceptual spirit garments that didn't need cleaning, Artoria still felt a very greasy sensation.
"At this time, once the wedding is over, this old married couple goes back to rest. They are truly sickeningly sweet."
After breaking free from the entanglement of these women, Artoria found a wet wipe to clean herself. While wiping, she thought about how her parents, who had kissed her cheek after the wedding ended, had both left the wedding scene, seemingly going back to rest. It seemed that age really did affect stamina. They no longer had the energy of their younger years to take Artoria traveling everywhere. Now, she really had to say that both their physical strength and energy had declined significantly. It seemed that the matter of drawing the "Elixir of Youth" should be done sooner rather than later.
"Sister Artoria."
Just as Artoria was planning this matter, a familiar voice came from a corner. But this voice was too quiet! It was like a thief. Artoria looked in the direction of the voice. Little Crystal was sitting on Lockjaw, her hands cupped like a small megaphone, shouting at Artoria. The look was cuter than words could describe. Seeing such a scene, Artoria unconsciously revealed a smile. This Little guy was really something; how could she be so cute?
"Why did you run here? Little Crystal?"
Such a cute child must have grown up eating cuteness! Sighing to herself, Artoria walked to the front of Lockjaw and lifted Little Crystal off its back. Smelling the fragrant scent on Little Crystal, Artoria asked her. She was very curious about why this Little guy had run out again. Last time it seemed she had skipped class to run out, and she remembered her complaining that Medusa was too strict with her, and that now whenever she saw Medusa, her legs would go weak. What was the reason for coming today?
"I was just worried about Sister Artoria~!"
Regarding Artoria's intimate actions, Little Crystal didn't resist at all; instead, she happily rubbed against Artoria's chest. Although she didn't know where the pleasant milky scent on Artoria came from, Little Crystal loved smelling it. She used her cute, milky voice to act spoiled to Artoria, which made Artoria feel extremely comfortable. This child was really too cute, but this wasn't the truth, oh~! Artoria could feel it.
"I want to hear the truth, Little Crystal. Lying is not for good children."
Placing Little Crystal, who was snuggled in her arms, on the ground, Artoria smiled and tapped the little girl's nose. Artoria really couldn't be serious with such a child, but she also didn't want Little Crystal to tell lies. Artoria just stared at Crystal, and eventually, Crystal surrendered. She stammered for a long time before finally saying it. She didn't know what Queen Medusa had learned on Earth, but she had actually applied the educational system's product—homework—to educating the children of the Inhumans. As the little princess of the royal family, Little Crystal was the first to be used as an example. Writing various homework assignments all day long, Little Crystal was about to have a breakdown.
Taking advantage of Namor's big move, Attilan's defenses were strengthened. Crystal took advantage of the gap when the royal brothers and sisters were busy and ran straight out. And now, she had run straight to her dearest Sister Artoria. Hearing the Little guy's words, Artoria could already imagine how angry Medusa was. She estimated that the hair dragging on the ground was probably standing up like a Super Saiyan from anger. Artoria looked at the Little guy in front of her, who was as cute as an Angel; who could have imagined that this little cutie had actually learned to skip class?
"Sister Artoria won't turn me in, right!?"
After finishing her story, Little Crystal looked at Artoria with a pair of cute eyes, meaning she didn't want to go back. Seeing Little Crystal like this, Artoria had to nod in agreement, but she turned on her headset and quietly asked Saturday to contact Queen Medusa to come and take this naughty child home. However, when she went back, she could also first take the Little guy to have a final happy party, so at least she could have a good memory when she went back. Artoria took Little Crystal and began to play at the party.
