They walked outside and sat there, the other kids tried to leave but he stopped them. Having seen what he can do, none dared say anything.
Annie sat next to him, " Are you going to explain what's happening?" She asked but her voice was flat.
He looked at her and saw the confusion and pain in her eyes, " What happened to you Adrian and how do you know Eve?"
Then she looked at Eve, " Was our friendship even real?" She sent a barrage of questions at both of them not even giving them a chance to answer.
Eve just smiled bitterly and looked at Adrain then raised her hands in defeat, " Don't look at me, if I tell you, your man might kill me."
Annie looked at Adrain and he sighed then hugged her, she didn't return the hug but she didn't resist either.
" I can't tell you right now, it's too dangerous." He told her and she just scoffed.
