"HOW THE HELL ARE YOU BEATING ME?" Veldora complained as he looked at the Shogi board.
After the whole fiasco of Shizu's outburst, Veldora with limited understanding of how to handle these situations asked me if I wanted to challenge him in Shogi.
I agreed to it and we had played several rounds. The score was currently one hundred and fifty me and zero Veldora, "I THOUGHT YOU NEVER PLAYED THIS BEFORE?"
"I haven't, this is my first time playing the game. The rules, movements and strategies are fairly easy to extrapolate so I got my bearings pretty quickly." I said to Veldora which just caused him to feel deeply scorned.
And honestly Veldora was right to feel scorned, the only game that he had the edge on me was the first and that was the one I was getting my bearings and I still beat him.
We had both come to a silent consensus that Shizu and Ifrit should be separated so Ifrit was on Veldora's side sitting next to him in a seize and Shizu on mine, sitting in my lap.
Shizu was currently boring holes into Ifrits spiritual skull which made him look away in fear. Truthfully, Shizu understood that Ifrit didn't have it easy either locked away inside her but that irrational anger still lingered in her and now she was glaring at him with rage.
Seeing the direction and intensity of her gaze made me pat her head in comfort, " Now, now, calm down little Shizu."
Shizu groaned but under my attack, she was completely defenseless and obedient but she still glared at me in resignation while puffing out her cheeks.
We all looked at the screen depicting Rimuru's vision and saw the rain of sunlight shot down through water mirrors.
"That's such a cool attack!" Shizu completely nerded out over Rimuru's cool new move.
Simon: "Yes, that is Megiddo, an attack that uses the reflective surface of water to unleash refracting light onto the target. That was a very vague explanation but I'm too lazy right now."
"BY THE WAY SIMON, IS THERE A REASON THAT YOU'VE STAYED?" Veldora knew that I had a reason for staying here, whether that was a good or bad reason was something he would assess for himself.
Simon: "I came here to collect souls."
Veldora looked at me suspiciously, "I thought that you would leave this to Rimuru and let him have all the souls?"
I turned towards Veldora and gave him a smile, "I'm only looking for three specific souls. You don't need to worry about me here."
Ifrit, Veldora and Shizu all shrunk at my tone and backed away from me, evens Ifrit who had the least knowledge about me backed away from me.
With that I left in the very next second and appeared in a secret space in the clocktower. My parallel existence had so kindly given me these souls.
I had forged them their respective bodies and waited for them to regain consciousness.

I had sensed their breathing had changed and realized they were coming to, " You three are awake?"
The girl was the first to come too, "Awe, my head hurts, where are we-" The girl layed eyes on one of the boys and suddenly her expression contorted in anger, "Shogo, YoU BAstARd!"
She leaped at the boy and began choking him out. That was then she felt a force pull them apart and prevented her from moving of her own volition.
The boy named Shogo had woke up from the sudden attack and the boy Kyoya followed not long after, "Kirara, calm down!"
"No that bastard killed me, he chocked me to death and I'm- how am I still alive?" Kirara being held back by Kyoya and immediately realized the oddities in her own life.
"Are you three done now? Have you gotten it out of your system?" A cold, flat voice came from the side which caused them all to turn their heads.
" Hey, who the hell are you!?" Shogo shouted at me.
" Someone beyond your understanding. Shogo you are way too weak to provoke me at the moment." I said flatly.
" Are ya looking for a fight!" Shogo shouted to me.
Kyoya though was unsettled by this scenario, "Shogo, wait a second, something about this guy feels off."
"Who the hell cares about that! TAKE THIS!" Shogo threw a punch at me, his fist coming in contact with my face and then…
…Disintergrating into nothing. It was so surprising that evens I couldn't predict it. There was no sound, no barrier, no magic, nothing, his forearm just ceased.
The most plausible conclusion I could come up with was that the difference in our strength was so massive that his arm wasn't allowed to exist in the same space as mine and the weaker existence was corrected.
" What the hell!" Shogo was immediately given a reality check and fell backwards, the arm regenerated quite quickly thanks to Survivor.
I suddenly had an amusing thought, 'Wait does that mean Raizen doesn't have Berserker and Survivor? That's just sad.'
" Shogo, let me try." Kyoya immediately gave off a vicious smirk and then moved through slowed space and then cut me, "What, the blade went straight through?!"
Then he heard a voice from behind him, "Obviously, what you just cut was an afterimage."
Kyoya turned around and then just flew back quickly from the voice, 'How the hell did my eye not catch him?!'
Reading what was going on in his mind, I answered, "Simply because I am much faster then you are, in every conceivable way."
"HAAAAAAH!!!" Shogo from behind me had come at me in his second attempt.
I turned my head slightly and then spoke…
"Fall."
My voice echoed throughout the space and Shogos body collapsed his eyes were clear as day but, "I can't move my body, I can't-I can't see. Kirara, Kyoya, What's happening, somebody pl-please help me." Tears began welling up in his eyes.
Well my eyes were off him, Kyoya dashed behind me and cut down only for my body to appear behind him… again. He sensed that this would happen and turned around, only for me to finger flick his head, the force of the flick being so immense that his body smashed into the ground and going unconscious.
" Wh-what was that!? Kyoya, Kirara?!" The disabled Shogo, who could still only see black, heard the ground being smashed beside him and panicked.
Kirara on the other hand just held her hand over her mouth just cried in sheer terror, seeing the state of the three, I could only sigh in exhaustion, " Jeez, what a shit show."
