We were currently gathered in the previous meeting room where they discussed the orc forces. Everyone was currently on edge, they didn't want to offend me in anyway.
"Jeez, is my presence really that imposing to everyone here? You can all calm down, I don't bite." I said to everyone sitting down, me and Rimuru were currently sitting at the two ends, facing each other.
"Try to understand your position in all this. It's reasonable that they would be wary of offending you." Rimuru explained, still a little on edge, but not as much as everyone else.
Suddenly Treyni materialised into the room, "Hello everyone, I believe it's important that I be here so that Simon doesn't cause any problems for you guys." Treyni took her seat next to me.
"Awe, how can you be so heartless Treyni? You seriously wound my heart and after everything I've done for you." I feigned heartbreak while clutching my chest.
" Oh shut up you." Treyni could easily tell my act.
Seeing the harmonious atmosphere that took over the meeting table, the others had attained a sense of delusion.
Suddenly three other dryads materialised and jumped me, causing me to crash to the floor, " Hello master!" Aisha shouted while clutching me.
And now we had to deal with the arrival of four dryads in the room.
"You guys really have to calm yourselves down." I picked them off me telekinetically and left them floating there as punishment.
I took my seat at the table with a tired expression and slammed my head against the table.
" Um… Lord Simon, can you put us down?" Trya asked wearily while floating.
" No, you deserve this. Bloody hell, I come back to this forest in 50 years and I get completely raided by you guys." I said in an exhausted tone.
"Anyways, can I still ask something?" Rimuru asked from across the table.
"Go ahead."
"Did my performance satisfy you, I mean regarding defeating the orc disaster?"
I teleported to his side and hugged his petite body, lifting him in the air, " Really Rimuru, I never knew that you cared about my approval." I teased the petite slime in my arms.
Rimuru blushed too much from the sudden physical interaction. He wasn't gay but interacting with hot guys like this was undeniably a weakness.
Evens when Benimaru showed his charisma, he couldn't say no to his request.
But this guy was on a whole nother level, this man put the handsomeness of Benimaru and Souei to shame. This man was an androgenous beauty that didn't confine to normal beauty standards.
But like he said before, he wasn't gay and that wasn't the reason he wanted Simon's approval. The reason is because of Shizu's will, that had contaminated Rimuru had sprouted an unconditional trust towards Simon.
"I will tell you this. Although I haven't seen the battle myself, Ima guess you used Great sage to take over your body and fight for you and than when that didn't work, you used predator to mutually counteract starved and won that way."
"That… is completely accurate for someone who didn't watch the battle." Rimuru said while I put him down in his seat.
I went back to my seat while Treyni gave me a suspicious glare, "You weren't watching the battle? Why?"
"No, is it really that suspicious of me to not watch?" I asked Treyni while she kept on staring.
"You gave me an extremely powerful body, modified my soul beyond it's limitations and gave me an army of elementals. I could've easily defeated the orc disaster with my current strength yet you wanted Rimuru to defeat him."
"Mmhmm." I nodded while sipping on my tea.
"I know you're probably not gonna tell me why you wanted him to do so but what I want to know is why weren't you watching the battle. You had another spark of inspiration and built another world altering machine, didn't you?"
I flinched at her response, 'Well shit.' I put my cup down and cleared my throat, " Well Uhh… technically… it's not a machine."
" Then enlighten me my dear Pneuma, what is it that you made?" Treyni's sweet voice dripped with clear indignation.
" Um… remember Project Darwin?" I asked her in fear.
" The project to create the perfect biological specimen… WAIT, don't tell me…"
" I reinitiated the project and created… something."

Treyni gave me a look of frustration, " What's their name?" Treyni already knew that the project was probably successful.
"… His name is Darwin and he's currently taken up residence in Eden."
Treyni didn't say anything, she just looked at me for a minute, got up from her seat and channeled magicules into her triquetra, traveling to Eden.
I turned back to the table, "We should continue with the meeting, she ain't coming back anytime soon."

After that spectacle, we continued with the meeting. Hearing how I am, they dropped their guard considerably.
"By the way Rimuru, can I just say that you're building your village on my land."
Rimuru looked at me with an extremely offended look, "Would you mind Elaborating?"
"Have you heard of Andromeda my sweet slime?" I asked Rimuru with a knowing smile which immediately made him internally panic.
" They're the multinational organisation that acts as the bridge between the human world and Eden. What about them?"
" Well, Andromeda's main HQ is hidden away within this forest, more specifically, it's located directly underground from the village." Yep Andromeda was directly below the village and that's not by coincidence.
I previously calculated the geography of the forest and predicted the most possible area that the forest would begin based on goblins migration patterns.
And now Rimuru's mind went blank, 'I can never win against this guy.'

"In exchange for building on my land, why don't you personally give me a tour of this place." I said to Rimuru with a very appeasing smile.
A smile that was enough for Rimuru to lose his cool and become incredibly flustered at my actions.
"Fine then, let's go on our way you aggrievating god." Rimuru said in the most tsundere tone ever.
