Chapter 237 - Chapter 237: Morning Training

Inside the training ground, Sister Ellie sat resting, feeling a bit dizzy, and Bronya handed her a towel from nearby.

After wiping off her sweat, Sister Ellie looked at Durandal, who was still running on the field, and then let out a long sigh.

"Miss Aili." From behind Sister Ellie, Sister Rita's voice came. Turning her head, she saw Sister Rita handing her a bottle of some unknown drink.

After taking it, Sister Ellie looked at the bottle in her hand with some confusion.

"This is a drink developed by Lord Bishop Otto for rapid recovery," Sister Rita explained directly to Sister Ellie, noticing her confusion.

After hearing Sister Rita's explanation, Sister Ellie took a few sips with relief.

"Sister Rita, is Durandal's training volume always this much every day?" Sister Ellie asked, looking at Durandal on the field.

"No, normally, Durandal would also take a break in the middle." Sister Rita also looked at Durandal, who was still training.

"Perhaps it's because someone is training with her this time."

"Normally, no one accompanies Durandal for such a long training session," Sister Rita said, glancing at Sister Ellie.

"I didn't expect Durandal to train for so long either," Sister Ellie said, sighing.

How long had it been since she had trained like this?

Training to the point of exhaustion.

After placing the cup aside, Sister Ellie reached out and massaged her calves.

Her calves were very stiff now, and she felt soreness when she pressed them.

Some white light spots flowed along Sister Ellie's hand and merged into her calves.

After feeling that her calves were no longer so uncomfortable, other white light spots also merged into the areas where Sister Ellie felt some discomfort.

In a short while, Sister Ellie felt very light.

She let out a long breath and sat there, watching Durandal on the field.

She had no intention of joining the training for a while; how could someone train even more frantically than Fu Hua?

Sister Ellie looked at Kiana, who was lying like a corpse nearby, and Mei, who was taking care of Kiana.

She then looked at Bronya and Sister Rita on her side.

Thankfully, everyone here was normal.

Upon noticing that Sister Ellie had recovered a bit.

"Miss Aili, we can go straight home to rest; it's time to prepare lunch anyway." Sister Rita stood up and said to Sister Ellie.

"Aren't you calling Durandal?"

"Unless Durandal has an urgent mission, she won't return home to rest until the designated time," Sister Rita said with a slight sigh, looking at Durandal.

"Then let's go back first. It's been a long time since I've experienced training of this intensity." After Sister Ellie stood up, she looked at Bronya, who was having difficulty moving, and directly crouched in front of Bronya.

"Rest on my back for a while, Bronya. It's better not to push yourself so hard with this kind of physical training," Sister Ellie said softly to Bronya.

"Bronya... understands, Sister Ellie." Bronya looked at Sister Ellie's back, assessed her own physical condition, and then complied.

Feeling Bronya's physical condition on her back, Sister Ellie carefully helped her recover.

She was always afraid of accidentally damaging the chip inside Bronya, as Bronya still needed that chip to assist her in combat.

When she walked past Mei and the others, Sister Ellie casually helped them recover as well.

Although Kiana's body had recovered, she was already asleep, so she didn't wake up.

Mei supported Kiana and carried Kiana on her back.

Thus, the group left the training ground.

Upon arriving at their residence, Sister Ellie threw herself onto the sofa.

While the physical exhaustion had dissipated, the mental exhaustion remained.

Seeing Mei walk over, Sister Ellie moved her legs to make some room for Mei.

After placing Kiana on the sofa, Mei finally let out a sigh of relief.

"Sister Ellie, what's the difference between this training and our training at the Academy? If it's just this kind of training, couldn't we also do it at the Academy?" Mei asked, stroking Kiana's hair, who was lying on her lap.

"If you ask me, I'm not sure either. After all, it's Lord Bishop Otto's command, so we can't just not come, can we? After all, we are still Valkyries of Schicksal," Sister Ellie said, looking at her phone.

This morning's training volume was almost equivalent to her entire day's training volume at the Academy.

At the Academy, if she didn't want to train, she could tell Fu Hua and still get some rest.

Here, they trained behind Durandal, and most of the other Valkyries in the training ground looked at them with envious eyes.

She also felt a bit awkward saying she wouldn't train.

Sister Ellie also observed the training of other Valkyries at headquarters; each person's training was clearly specially designed.

Each person's training focus was different.

Unlike their training at Saint Freya, where everyone trained the same way and then chose their focus based on personal preference.

At headquarters, there was no such power to choose for oneself.

Bronya, who had disappeared somewhere after just arriving home, returned to the living room, carrying several bottles and jars in her hands.

After distributing the items to Sister Ellie and the others.

"These are the potions Sister Rita just gave me; they are for recovering from bodily injuries," Bronya said, placing her portion on the table.

"Didn't Sister Ellie already heal us? Why did Sister Rita give us these too?" Mei asked, looking at the potions in her hand.

"These are potions formulated by Lord Bishop Otto. During training, Miss Aili cannot always be by your side, so these potions were specially formulated by Lord Bishop Otto," Sister Rita said, walking in at that moment.

"You can dilute these potions with water and drink a sip when you feel tired during training," Sister Rita said, placing a few more bottles on the table.

"Alright, you all rest a bit longer, then I'll go prepare lunch." After Sister Rita finished speaking, she headed towards the kitchen.

Although Mei really wanted to help, she didn't feel particularly like moving at the moment.

The few people in the living room didn't feel like talking much.

Soon, they all fell asleep.

Stan, who was on the cat tree nearby, looked at the sleeping crowd with a disdainful expression.

Then, remembering something, Stan gently jumped down from the cat tree and lay directly on Kiana's face.

Kiana frowned, then rolled over and continued to sleep, showing no intention of waking up.
