"Dong... Dong...
What was that?
I looked around in confusion, trying to pinpoint the source of the sound.
The noise rang inside my head again. It was so loud that I stood frozen in shock for a few seconds.
I stared at the strange windows floating before my eyes, emitting bizarre warning sounds. My vision blurred for a moment as countless shadowy images overlapped one another.
It felt familiar somehow.
I reached out to touch them, but my hand passed right through as if they were transparent.
[Loading Conditions Not Met]
I stared at the window for a long moment, reading it over and over again.
It looked exactly like a game system.
The strange thing was that it claimed I possessed no memories, while still retaining basic knowledge.
Was that even possible?
Could these simply be hallucinations?
"No... that's impossible."
If they were just hallucinations...
What if...
What if this was some kind of test to determine my mental condition?
Did that mean I was insane?
I'm not insane.
I'm not!
"Pull yourself together!"
I slapped my cheek hard, hoping it would bring me back to my senses.
Wait a second...
That's impossible.
I remember being sedated and losing consciousness.
Technically, I should be dreaming.
I looked around at the strangely calm surroundings.
Nothing but a gray void stretched endlessly around me while the windows floated in the air.
Then I needed to recover my memories as soon as possible.
Otherwise, who knew what would happen to me?
Ding... Dong...
Another window appeared.
This one was enormous, covering everything in sight.

What?!
You bast—
[Warning: Please monitor inappropriate language. Failure to comply will result in severe consequences for the user.]
That's not fair!
This is a violation of individual freedom!
[Since this level does not match the user's current capability, several hints will be provided.]
Are you trying to bribe me, you—
!
For a moment, a heavy pressure descended upon the air.
My instincts immediately warned me that something was wrong.
My chest tightened.
Suddenly, the system window dropped onto my head.
"Agh—! My head!"
Wasn't the system window transparent just a moment ago?!
Agh...
[Do not repeat the same mistake twice.]
I stared at the system window in horror, finally realizing how serious it was.
Deciding not to argue any further, I reached out and touched it again.
Its surface had become noticeably solid.
Then something caught my attention.
Something I hadn't noticed before.
"The previous user was deleted due to non-compliance..."
Deleted.
What did it mean by deleted?
Had they been killed and disposed of?
Had they been replaced?
Or had they simply lost their memories?
I examined the window more carefully.
A faint red glow surrounded the message.
An uncomfortable feeling settled in my stomach.
Death would have been preferable to deletion.
Still, I couldn't ignore the other possibilities.
Which meant...
Had there been other people before me?
"Does that mean... I'm not the first?"
Silence.
I waited for the system's response.
As expected, none came.
That meant I couldn't rely on it.
And I certainly couldn't trust it.
[Hint: ضصثقفغ2006]
I stared at the window in disbelief.
For the first time, I genuinely wished I could see my own expression.
What kind of hint was that?!
A faint breeze carrying the scent of disinfectant drifted past me.
Slowly, I opened my eyes.
The same ceiling greeted me.
I quickly turned toward the bedside table and found the glass of water waiting there.
Without hesitation, I reached for it.
After adjusting my position, I drank it in several slow gulps.
I carefully surveyed the room while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.
Especially the warm morning sunlight that filled the room with a comforting glow.
Lazily, I sat up and headed toward the bathroom.
My gaze wandered around until it stopped at the bathtub.
"Do hospital patients usually get bathtubs?"
I stared at it for a moment before moving toward the sink.
Maybe some cold water would help refresh my memory.
While washing my face, I noticed several strands of blonde hair caught around the drain.
I pulled them free and examined them closely.
"Did someone enter the room?"
Anxiety crept through me as I tried to recall the nurse's appearance.
It couldn't be hers.
Her hair was dark.
Though that didn't necessarily mean she hadn't entered the room.
Knock. Knock.
"Someone's at the door!"
Could it be that nurse?
Sweat began forming in my palms.
I looked at the strands of hair again.
"I need to hide them."
I glanced at the long white hospital robe I was wearing.
If I tore it, they'd definitely question me.
Knock. Knock. Knock.
The knocking grew faster and more insistent.
"What do I do?!"
...I've got it.
The door swung open violently.
The same nurse entered.
Without thinking, my eyes drifted toward the badge pinned to the left side of her chest.
What?
A name tag.
"Elia Watcom."
I immediately raised my gaze to her face and studied her expression.
She didn't seem threatening.
"I'm sorry for barging in so suddenly. When I couldn't find you in the room, I thought something had happened to you."
I watched as she examined me from head to toe.
For a moment, I tensed.
"Even so, you shouldn't enter like that."
"I know, and I sincerely apologize again. But when I received no response from you, I acted quickly."
Her eyes swept across the room.
"Do you need any help?"
"No, thank you. I've managed."
I offered her a calm smile and walked out of the bathroom.
I could feel her eyes on me, but I ignored them as much as possible.
Standing beside my bed, I gathered my loose hair into a bun before dropping onto the mattress.
I caught sight of her glancing toward the sink before closing the bathroom door and approaching me.
"I brought your breakfast."
She gestured toward the bedside table.
I thanked her politely.
"I'll be back shortly."
Please don't.
I watched her eagerly until she finally closed the door behind her.
"Phew..."
A breath escaped me that I hadn't realized I was holding.
—A Few Minutes Earlier—
Knock. Knock. Knock.
The knocking became increasingly urgent.
"What do I do?!"
...I've got it.
I looked at the undershirt I was wearing beneath the hospital gown and tore off a small piece.
"Good thing it's made of fabric."
I wrapped the strands of hair inside it securely.
Then, in one smooth motion, I quietly lifted the toilet lid and tucked the bundle beside the flushing mechanism before lowering the lid again without making a sound.
The door burst open.
The same nurse entered.
—Present Time—
I glanced toward the door once more, wondering what had just happened.
Had she somehow forgotten what occurred earlier?
I ate my breakfast quietly.
Yet only one question occupied my mind.
"Why won't anyone tell me my name?"
