Chapter 113 – Goblin Raid
Goblins, unlike many other creatures, rarely cared about preserving their lineage through conventional means. They multiplied by using females of other species to produce offspring. Yet no matter the mother's origin, goblin traits always dominated the child.
One mother usually birthed one or two male goblins every week. The cycle repeated until the mother perished, at which point she became dinner for the horde.
Newborns matured in two weeks. Occasionally, hobgoblins were born, inheriting stronger traits from their mothers. These hobgoblins were dangerous. In this musou world, they could wield musou abilities like knights, and they improved quickly. Some evolved into variant species within months, producing female descendants and spawning diverse groups of creatures.
When their numbers reached a threshold, foraging no longer sustained them. They turned toward cities, villages, and towns, seeking food and women.
