"As for the second point…"
Sengoku's voice fell, and the atmosphere in the conference room immediately turned solemn again.
All eyes were fixed on him.
"The Pink Hat Pirates are no longer just a threat in terms of individual strength," he said slowly. "Their greatest danger lies in something else."
"Team coordination."
The moment these words were spoken, many Marines frowned.
Sengoku continued.
"In the previous war, you all witnessed it clearly. Every member of the Pink Hat Pirates is powerful, but what truly makes them terrifying is how they fight together."
"They are not a loosely organized pirate crew like most. Their cooperation is tight, their roles are clear, and their execution is flawless."
Tsuru nodded lightly.
"They fight like a complete system."
Garp crossed his arms, his expression serious.
"Hmph, they trust each other too much… that's not something you see often among pirates."
Zephyr snorted coldly.
"Which makes them even more troublesome."
Sengoku pointed at the blackboard again.
"Kuina and Shiro are responsible for frontal assault, possessing overwhelming offensive and defensive capabilities."
"Tatsumaki and Dia control the battlefield, restricting enemy movement and disrupting formations."
"Carmen, Nojiko, and Kaya provide elemental suppression, covering wide areas and directly countering Logia abilities."
"Asada Shino acts as long-range support, capable of interfering at critical moments."
"Shana serves as the intelligence core, analyzing and adapting in real time."
"And at the center of all of this…"
He paused briefly.
"…is Luna."
The name alone made several Marines tighten their expressions.
"She is not only their strongest combatant but also their commander," Sengoku said. "Every decision, every adjustment, every opportunity… is seized through her leadership."
"She is the brain and the backbone of the entire crew."
Silence fell once again.
Because they all understood what that meant.
A crew like this had almost no weaknesses.
Tsuru stepped forward slightly.
"There is another critical issue."
Everyone turned toward her.
"They are still growing."
A simple sentence, yet it made the situation even heavier.
"In that war, multiple members improved during combat. Their adaptability is extremely high."
"Especially in Haki and combat coordination."
Zephyr's face darkened.
"…So they're not just relying on talent anymore."
"They're polishing it through real battles," Tsuru replied.
Garp sighed.
"Give them a few more years… and even we might not be able to stop them."
No one refuted him.
Because it was the truth.
Sengoku took a deep breath.
"Therefore, we must adjust our strategy."
"We can no longer treat them as a rising force."
"We must treat them as a fully established Emperor-level crew."
The moment these words fell, the expressions of the Three Admirals became serious.
"This means," Sengoku continued, "any engagement must be handled with full preparation."
"No underestimation."
"No isolated deployments."
"And absolutely no reckless pursuit."
Akainu spoke coldly.
"Then we eliminate them before they grow further."
Sengoku looked at him.
"That is the goal."
"But it will not be easy."
At that moment, a Marine officer quickly entered the room and handed over a report.
Sengoku opened it, his eyes narrowing slightly.
"…They've already started moving."
"What?" Tsuru asked.
Sengoku placed the report on the table.
"The Pink Hat Pirates have entered the New World again."
"And based on their route…"
He paused briefly.
"…their target appears to be territories formerly under Whitebeard."
The room instantly fell into silence.
Everyone understood what that meant.
They weren't just moving.
They were expanding.
Garp let out a low chuckle.
"Heh… looks like they're not planning to stay quiet."
Zephyr clenched his fist.
"Good. Then we'll crush them before they take root."
Sengoku closed his eyes for a moment, then opened them with determination.
"Prepare all forces."
"The next encounter…"
His voice became heavy.
"…will not be a small-scale battle."
"It will be a full-scale war."
