Chapter 103 - Easy Dodges

For a moment, the center of the battlefield was submerged in endless explosions, wildly growing plants, eerie blue light, corrosive slime, and metal fragments flying everywhere. The four armed Cursed Spirits held nothing back, pushing the new abilities they had gained to the limit, their attacks as relentless as a violent storm.

However, Sukuna, situated at the center of this destructive storm, seemed like the calmest point in the eye of the storm.

He still had his arms crossed over his chest, with ripples of black Cursed Energy appearing and disappearing beneath his feet, his figure moving leisurely through the hail of bullets, the hell of thorns, and the eerie slashes.

Jogo's shells always missed by a hair's breadth, exploding behind him into brilliant flowers of death.

Hanami's Tracking Spores and Hardened Ground Spikes often erupted or thrust out only the second after he had slid past, attacking the air in vain.

Every eerie transformation and close-quarters slash from Mahito seemed meticulously calculated to hit Sukuna, but Sukuna always managed with the smallest of movements—a slight tilt of the body, a light turn of the heel, a sway of the waist—as if possessing foresight, to perfectly avoid the sharpest edges and the most lethal sprays.

Dagon's Corrosive Water Cannons and Bone-Spike Torpedoes couldn't even touch the corner of Sukuna's clothes, often left behind by a light, graceful arc of his sliding, sometimes even accidentally hitting the overeager Jogo or interfering with Hanami's plant arrangements.

Sukuna even had the leisure to continue his commentary, "Keep it up. You can work a little harder."

His voice was calm, carrying undisguised mockery, clearly reaching the ears of every Cursed Spirit through the explosions and howling winds, serving as the ultimate taunt to their frenzied assault.

"Aaaaaah! Die!"

Jogo was completely enraged, no longer caring about Cursed Energy consumption. His head glowed brilliantly, clearly preparing a more powerful move.

Blue light flickered in Mahito's eyes, and his attack frequency increased again. His body almost transformed into countless interwoven blue lights, enveloping Sukuna from all directions.

All the plants around Hanami suddenly contracted, and then, with them as the center, they exploded outward. Countless vines, flowers, and leaves with tips glinting with the cold light of metal, conducted a non-discriminatory saturation bombardment.

Dagon roared, ceasing his long-range attacks. His body curled up, and the spikes on his surface all stood upright, spinning at high speed to become a Death Grinder over ten meters in diameter, covered in slime and corrosive energy, ruthlessly crushing and charging toward Sukuna. Along his path, deep gullies were corroded into the ground, and all obstacles were easily crushed.

Facing this obviously ultimate, nearly screen-filling, no-dead-angle combined attack, Sukuna's hands, which had been crossed over his chest all along, finally... still didn't come out.

He just seemed to let out a "Tch," as if annoyed that this wave of attacks was a bit too noisy.

Beneath his feet, those black Cursed Energy ripples suddenly became dense, no longer just clinging to the ground but gushing upward several inches like a fountain.

Immediately after, under the shrinking gazes of the four Cursed Spirits, as well as Satoru and Kenjaku in the distance, Sukuna's figure, which had maintained a sliding posture, made seven consecutive turns in less than a tenth of a second.

Not arcs, but right angles!

It was as if his body had no inertia, and his movement was not constrained by any laws of mechanics.

With the first turn, he narrowly slid away from the edge of the terrifying light sphere Jogo was brewing, the scorching light radiation warping the air behind him.

The second turn, as if foreseeing the future, moved him out of the core area of Mahito's interwoven blue light storm a step ahead.

The third, fourth, fifth...

His figure wove through the rain of poison needles flying through the sky with the smallest of gaps.

With the sixth turn, he slid out along the edge of the violent airflow whipped up by Dagon's Death Grinder, like surfing, brushing past the corrosive surface, and even finding time to look down at the hideous barbs on the grinder.

By the seventh turn, he had effortlessly slid out of the core coverage area of the four Cursed Spirits' combined attack, appearing on the vertical wall of a building that had not yet completely collapsed.

Just like that, his feet stood firmly on the nearly vertical wall, still maintaining his posture with arms crossed over his chest, looking down slightly at the four Cursed Spirits below, who looked somewhat disheveled due to their attacks missing and their power being vented into empty air, even showing unstable auras from the backlash.

Dust slowly drifted down over the ruins, and the afterglow of the explosions still flickered. That terrifying combined attack just now, which was enough to plow through this area several more times, had failed to injure Sukuna in the slightest. He hadn't even uncrossed his arms, easily neutralizing it solely through that eerie sliding and the unthinkable turns.

Silence.

Only the crackling of burning flames and the rustling of debris sliding off buildings remained.

The four Armed Cursed Spirits looked up at Sukuna standing vertically on the wall. In their eyes, there was disbelief, rage, and a hint of... slowly germinating, uncontrollable despair.

They had already exhausted the new power from their fusion and even executed exquisite coordination and their ultimate combined attack, yet they couldn't even make Sukuna take his hands off his chest.

This gap...

It could no longer be described by strength, it was simply a difference in dimensions.

Sukuna looked down at them, and in his four crimson eyes, the playfulness gradually faded, replaced by a cold, indifferent gaze that had lost most of its interest.

"Is this all you've got?" Sukuna's voice rang out flatly.

"You've fused with some messy things, making it look all fancy, but in the end, you're not even qualified to make me warm up."

He shook his head slightly, as if critiquing a few unpalatable side dishes.

"Boring."

After saying those words, Sukuna's lower right hand, which had been crossed over his chest, finally, slowly, and with a lazy air, was pulled out from its folded position.

Just this simple movement made the four Cursed Spirits below act as if facing a great enemy, their Cursed Energy surging frantically as they entered a state of maximum alert.

However, the right hand Sukuna pulled out did not immediately launch an attack. He just casually flexed his five fingers, his knuckles making a crisp cracking sound. Then, he raised this hand and, using his index finger, lightly beckoned toward the four Cursed Spirits standing ready below.

"I am bored. Next, I'll use one hand to send you on your way."
