Walking along the ghats of Kashi an ordinary-looking guy can be seen. He had short hair and somewhat wheatish skin with dark brown eyes. There is no sun or moon in the sky due to the night being, The night of Amavasya(new moon).
Suddenly, a sound arose near him from the river.
*plop.....slush.....blup*
A sound no sane man would go near, especially during the night of Amavasya with no moonlight, making the night a lot darker than usual. But the man got curious and went near it.
"What was that sound?"
The man murmured to himself and approached the river slowly and he bent down with his slightly larger frame to see exactly what it was. A small piece of milky white stone which glowed slightly, it seemed to abnormally focus the man's thought and awareness on it. The man reached out with his right hand to grab it.
As soon as he grabbed the stone, he vanished from the ghat. No sound, no drama just plain gone, erased and ignored by existence itself.
InVaikuntha....
A large being sitting in a leaning posture, on a full bloomed lotus as if listening to the world, his eyes gentle and lotus-like. He has yellow silk wrapped around his waist, A garland of flowers around his chest, golden armlets, bracelets, anklets and gently curved earrings. He is smiling, an imperceptible smile.
Suddenly a flicker of knowing flashes through his eyes.
His smile lifts a little more but not dramatically, just a little and slowly.
In Another realm, one that is residue of others.....
The man from before can be seen, lying down in a fetal position on the floor of a dilapidated house with dark rotting wooden walls, with his hand tightly clenched around a small glowing chipped stone.
The man slowly stirs awake, from a sharp and hot feeling from his hand.
He sits up on his knees and wretches while grabbing his stomach.
*Bleh...ugp...ughhh...blehhh*
After a few minutes he looks at the source of the burning sensation in his hand, he sees the stone from before...half embedded in his hand and going deeper.
He looks horrified at this development and tries to pull it out, he succeedes.... somewhat because the pain from it getting ripped out stops him as he groans little loudly.
"AAH—FUCK—GHHH!"
He leaves it and watches as it slowly goes deeper and disappears in his palm, leaving a gaping bloody hole bone deep.
After a few minutes of grueling pain, a soothing energy starts running inside him. Slowly closing the gaping wound with speed visible to naked eye.
"What the fuck-"
Suddenly a loud explosion happens just outside the house.
He slowly crawls backward until his back touches the wall, and a golden screen shoots up infront of his eyes.

The voice in his throat dies..
The world stops still for a moment and then...nothing, everything just stops as information is directly fed into his brain regarding his situation.

He breathed heavily for a few seconds and then organises his thoughts, so he is now in another universe, a completely different one which has thousands of worlds with different powers, some have magic while others Cultivation or martial arts or even God worship, even scientifically advanced civilizations exist, ancient feudal ones aswell exist.
Alas as it goes good times are scarce, This is due to the break caused in All Heavens Network which is basically the Heavenly Dao of the whole universe. The break caused all beings to simultaneously be affected by the disease of "Anomaly" it causes them to have amplified negative emotions, the more they act on them the more affected they become and Atlast they transform into monsters, the higher power the original being had the greater the power of the monsters.
Even though his previous world was also somewhat like this but atleast the weak could struggle and it was still condemned in the light, here it's a common occurrence almost everyone has witnessed in their life atleast once. This world is even more deeply flawed since over last 10 million years.

The world stills again for a second and a sudden bright light slams in his chest without any knockback, coming out of nowhere.
The golden screen breaks and disappears and in its place a soft light green screen appears.

After reading through the information he slowly stands up with shaking legs and approaches the door to the outside and slowly pushes it open.
The bright sunlight hits his face causing him to flinch and turn his face inward to the house for a second and then his gaze falls upon the being who's embedded in the crater and another who is looking directly at him though their eyes, though they didn't seem to have any..the being was completely like a humanoid light.
"Do not fear me..."
A whisper echoed in his mind causing him to take a step back because who the hell says that while looking like a human torch.
"I am the All Heavens Network, I have allowed you... To pass to this universe so you can help me get rid of the 'anomaly' through your prime Universe's power which is basically the power of your original universe as it was used as the framework for all the other Universes. The original prime contains far more power than any other creation and has the authority to mend other universe's systems. You as a native from that have the power if you cause majority of sentient beings in this universe to follow you then, I can transfer my complete authority to you and through your Prime power you can easily fix the break causing the situation. As a reward you can either return to the Prime universe or Rule here or even travel to other universes as you wish."
The man known as Agastya widened his eyes like a puppy hearing about going on a walk when A.H.N (all heavens network) told about the reward, but quickly he narrowed his eyes and asked.
"You said 'allowed' to pass but what made me come here? And what the hell was that stone?"
A.H.N calmly answered his questions.
"That was Chintamani my friend, the wish fullfilling Jewel it reacted to your inner desire but as it was only a piece of the original Chintamani it requires a long rest after each use and it pulled you out to throw you into some low level universe which would have been good but I had already noticed and opened the dimensional wall to let you in my universe instead of the low level one, won't you thank me friend?"
A.H.N uttered with a hand wave towards Agastya, his voice turning from calm male voice to a playful male voice at the end of the sentence.
