Catherina: Stay still, or I'm going to mess up.... at least you're getting points; the others and I went exploring to see what's all around. Catherina: Just a few more areas. The small ones will take a day at most to heal; the deeper ones will take maybe a week to fully heal, that's only if you put mana in that area.

Catherina: My parents made me study Human and Monster biology and other things to prepare me to be a hunter.... did your parents not make you study for Hunters Academy?

Catherina: What? Hunters Academy is where only the best enter. They have the public tryouts, but that's mostly for show.... Catherina: I wake up, exercise fmy body or a few hours, shower and brush my teeth, change my clothes, eat breakfast which is chen and rice, then I study for a few hours, eat a salad, train my mana and meditate for a few hours, then eat chicken and rice, then practice fighting monsters, then I shower and change, then I finally sleep, then repeat the next day
Demos: What? Is that what you do every day?
Catherina: Yes, for as long as I can remember. Is that not normal?
Demos: It is not normal, you know what when we get out of this placement test I'm taking you to a fast food restaurant

He leaves the room as unknown to him he made Catherine feel. Catherina feels an emotion she's not used to, if she has a problem, she would handle it herself, as her family told her; relying on others is a weakness.
After a full night's rest, Demos showers and changes into some clothes he has in his closet and puts on a black sweater and sweats as he heads downstairs for breakfast and sees Catherina in the same outfit as him, looking. Shinn sees the open fridge with Catherina with a puzzled expression, shinn walks over to her and sees it's filled with food.
Demos: What's with that look?
Catherina: I do not know how to make food
Demos: Really?
Catherina: My food is usually prepared by others
Demos: ah, guess teaching you how to cook is another thing I can show you when we are out of here, I'll make some breakfast for us and the others... Wait, where is everyone?
Catherina: The others left, as Samantha wanted to go alone today, so that means when we go out it will be you and me
Demos grabs some butter, eggs, beacon, and apple juice from the fridge, he looks in cabinets and he grabs some bread slices and 2 pans, he puts the pans on the stove with some butter in them as he cracks 5 eggs and put them in a pan with he does the same but with bacon on the other pan, after a bit when they scrambled eggs and bacon on done he puts the stove on low heat then he, puts the bread in the toaster. After a bit, he plates some scrambled eggs and bacon with two toast and a glass of apple juice, and puts infront and Catherina and himself. She grabs a fork and touches the eggs, bacon, and toast with caution and eyes the apple juice with Suspicion.
Catherina:.... What is this? I haven't had or smelled anything like it...
Demos chuckles.
Demos: The fluffy yellow and. The stuff is eggs it comes from chickens, the crispy stuff is bacon from pigs, the square thing is toast, as it is made from plants, and finally apple juice is made from apples.... They are safe to eat.
Demos takes a bite of eggs, bacon, and toast, and drinks his apple juice.
Demos: see it's all safe
Catherina squints her eyes as he takes a hesitant bite of the eggs, and as she does her eyes widen.
Catherina: This ..... Is... Amazing! Does everyone always eat this?
Demos: People don't always eat this, it's usually for breakfast, but there are multiple types of food that are usually for breakfast
Catherina looks at Demos with stary eyes.
Catherina: Can you make me a new breakfast every day? I'll pay you or I will owe you a favor
Demos: as long as I have energy in the morning,I will make breakfast, and I don't need a favor. Now,n anyway, I'll just do it because I want to, now enough about me enjoy your breakfast
