Light flashed across the Bashōsen, and the ground changed immediately.

Then a giant hand rose from below and grabbed him directly in its grasp.
"Die!"
Ginkaku roared as the Seven Star Sword in his hand slashed forward, aiming to take the Third Raikage's head.

A series of sharp sounds tore through the air.
Several kunai shot forward, accurately piercing toward the Kinkaku Brothers' vital points and sealing off all their possible angles of movement.

In the next moment, Kinkaku instinctively raised the Bashōsen in front of him to block.

In front of the fan, a ninja sword thrust forward and struck it directly with a crisp metallic sound.
That ninja sword carried massive Wind Release chakra, enough to tear through almost anything it struck.

Feeling the solidity of the Bashōsen, Kei was somewhat surprised.
"They certainly live up to their reputation."
"Heh."
Kinkaku sneered.
"So you're the newly inaugurated Hokage? You've got a decent face."
"I just wonder what it feels like to kill you."

Terrifying power crashed down.
In the next moment, the ninja sword in Kei's hand slashed forward, bypassing the Bashōsen's defense at a bizarre angle and continuing toward Kinkaku.
"Don't even think about it!"
From behind, Ginkaku's voice rang out.
He let out a low growl, and the Gold Rope in his hand swept forward.
Driven by chakra, the Six Paths tool seemed to come alive, pressing down toward Kei as if trying to bind him on the spot.

It was the Third Raikage.
He had already broken free from the restraint and appeared before the brothers in an instant, thrusting four fingers forward.

The Kinkaku Brothers were sent flying on the spot, their bodies nearly pierced through by the strongest spear.

Kei replied evenly.
"You should consider it an honor to die beneath this sword technique."
He had only begun studying swordsmanship after reincarnating into this world.
And his teacher had been none other than Konoha's Second Hokage, Tobirama.
Tobirama had died at the hands of the Kinkaku Brothers.
If Kei could now use the swordsmanship Tobirama passed down to slay that enemy, it would count as vengeance.
"You think too highly of yourself."
Kinkaku snarled.
"Let's see whether you actually have the ability."
In the next moment, he waved the Bashōsen in his hand, and powerful chakra gathered.
