Meanwhile Dani and her men had already made their way through the door leading to the main quarters of the enchantress, expecting to be swarmed by multitudes of spells and weapons as they entered. Into the room they were quick to expect the Enchantress to appear out of nowhere to ambush them. But hey were not expecting to see the enchantress waiting for them in sitting a chair in the middle of her quarters.
"My, my didn't think the captain to appear first out of all of them, I was expecting the dragon to be in front first. But alas anything can happen"
Dani raised her sword at her "you, the Enchantress we know who you are"
"That seem to be the case"
"So do you surrender enchantress, we have you out numbered, we taken out all you most powerful men, even the elites are gone you have nothing against us." Dani said as she charged a fireball spell from the tip of her sword.
Alison smiled deviously as she snap her fingers to see sparks of dark flames surrounding them "no I do perhaps to think it's the exact opposite." Dani's men were quick to panic worried they may catch on fire, but Dani quickly ordered her man to stay put as she did not waste a single minute. Dani spun her sword a circular motion making the blade of her sword to points towards the ground "all troops back away!" her men quickly move away from her "oh are you kneeling before me, by putting your weapon done"
"Not quite!" Without hesitation she summons a fireball spell from the tip of her sword pointing down as it explodes below her and launches herself away from the ground and over the dark flames surrounding them, casting the attention of Alison herself. As she lands she immediately charges towards Alison, almost surprised to see Dani still running despite taken a big explosion to get away from the circle of fire.
"My, my what a very versatile warrior she is using her fireball as another form of movement is quite brilliant"
Dani leapt again by using her fireball to repel herself towards the Enchantress preparing to swing her blade at her. But before she could slash at her, Alison uses her power of wind to levitate a sword towards as it deflects her sword and pushes her away. Dani was quick to land to the ground, but something shocked her as she felt the familiar powers of the wind "what was that?" Dani in awe as Alison grabs her sword, she tries to most towards her, but was quickly pushed back a few distance away from the Enchantress as she gets up from her seat approaching her.
"So it is true. You don't just have one elemental power, but multiple" Dani wipes off the dust from her body.
"Indeed that's true, but in this environment you are in, I will be making an exception of using only two simple powers"
"You afraid by watching all your powers I can make a plan to defeat you"
"That is not the case young captain, as these powers you are quite familiar with" suddenly Dani had just realized what Alison met by the two powers she is familiar with. "Wait... so that wind, you don't mean.." before Dani could finish her sentence, the sword Alison was holding she puts her palm onto the blade cutting herself from Dani's sword,
"Ouch" pretending to be taken damage by the blade as blood start to drip from her palm, as a surge of dark reddish lightning began to flow throughout her body "as you see here, this is the power of your friend Venny's blood magic it surely does hurt with every activation but the benefits are too good to walk away from. I can feel the amount of adrenaline just from cutting myself" she cackled in laughter.
Dani started to get furious "why you! You don't even know how to properly wield the power Venny had mastered ten years ago!" Dani raised her hand and soon summons a blast of fireballs at the enchantress but with a wave of her hand a flow of wind appeared and gusted the blast of fireballs away. "That's Jin's wind. How do you even have their powers! They were specifically made for them"
"Haven't you ever realized how elemental power can open in oneself? They said they got their powers from scrolls where they were found in an ancient ruin from long ago did they say. You've heard their story before when you first met them"
Dani raised an eyebrow in confusion "how do you know their story when you were not even there to begin with?"
The Enchantress suddenly grinned "well who put those scrolls for them to find in the first place" Dani's eyes suddenly widened in shock "no... you didn't"
"Indeed those 'powers of scrolls' I have placed all those years ago were exceptional to their personality as I have observed them from a distance, they have always wield their powers since they were born just haven't unlocked it for themselves. Those scrolls were nothing but a fluke to inspire them to unlock it themselves. Though the only thing I did not plan for someone to attack them, but that's all in the past now"
Dani shook her head as her expression was full of anger and frustration "no I don't believe it. Screw whatever future sight you wield, you won't be able to tell anyone just so you can take their powers away"
"But haven't you already realized, the abilities I can siphon away was from those arms they lost from battle".
Dani, fed up by the words of the enchantress, raised her hands towards her as the blade started to burn a bit as it suddenly spewed out fire launching it away from the Enchantress's grasp and back to her. "Now allow me to show you the power of Blight-dawnite and may the dawn of the sun show me the power to defeat you!'
Dani then grips her sword in anger as her fireball spell, and places her two of her fingers onto the flat side of the blade as it starts to engulf her sword as she charges towards Alison. But with a snap of her finger a wind construct is formed resembling two of her friends charging towards. They both fight back at her clashing their boomerangs and daggers against her sword.
"Crap she must know how to use Jin's wind construct and Venny's blood alteration" Dani quickly deflected the attacks and uses a fireball to launch her into the air. "But fortunately for me, I know how to deal with them" she is quick to retaliate with a flurry of fireball spells at them.
But as she she summoned her attacks at the wind constructs, the Enchantress uses Venny's blood magic spreading her blood onto the wind construct as they were energized with power. They both leapt towards Dani as she was easily overwhelmed by the powered wind constructs of her friends being fast enough to dodge her attacks as the wind construct of Jin punches her in the chest cracking her armour and launches her away crashing to a wall. Blood drips from her mouth, her sword away from her reach. As her men are helpless to help their leader as they cannot get through the dark fire surrounding them only watch. Dani tries desperately to get up, but is too weak to continue as all she could do is get on her knees with one hand keeping her up and one hand on her side.
"I'm sorry everyone. I have failed you all... I am a burden, Jin, Venny... I am always a burden to you guy" she says to herself accepting her defeat as both wind constructs are approaching her ready to end her life. Dani closes her eyes to not see the construct resembling her friends that she's been working with for years.
Until she heard another activation of blood towards her left as huge leap forward she opened her eyes to see her friend Venny punching the wind constructs of himself with full force instantly destroying it, as the wind construct of Jin tries to retaliate at Venny, he returns it slashing at the wind constructs with just his hand. "Venny..." she muttered still hurt from their attack.
"Dani, I am sorry for this" Venny said to his friend "don't be, I can trust you and the others to finish the fight without me"
"No you don't need to be set aside, like Jin said, you are not a burden and never will be as long you have breathe in your lungs and blood flowing through your heart" Venny cuts Dani's palm she feels the pain gritting her teeth to ease it, as he holds her hand and started to transfer a bit of his blood to her.
"Dani, you are the wisest person me and Jin have ever met. Without your quick plans and vast leadership we wouldn't become the team we were ever going to become." Dani witnesses Venny's blood coursing through her body, her wounds are healing from the blow she witnessed early to somehow disappear within her "now get up Captain. We need you" Venny helps Dani get onto her feet as he gives her the sword she dropped earlier and they both look at Alison.
"Well it's about time you show up blood caster"
"Enough of your bullshit! We are ending this nightmare whether you like it or not!"
"Finally we are actually getting serious, I thought you were never going to stop with that nonsense"
Venny smirked beneath his mask "well we are going to wish you had never said that. Gale, Yamma now!"
The Enchantress's eyes suddenly widened in shock and confusion, before she could reach Gale and Yamma charge towards her as well as Venny dashing towards her. Dani looked at the others yet smiled with her sword burning with a blazing heat and will do anything to finish the fight that has plagued for far too long. With the tip of her sword pointing down she fires a fireball spell and launches her towards the others ready to face off against the enchantress.
