To make up for the large experience gap opening between Lohan and Lisa, they had to find a way to also boost Lisa's growth so she wouldn't fall behind.
Even though Lohan had a Double Mythic Base, Lisa's Legendary Base was something they definitely couldn't afford to skip investing in, thinking about the guild's future firepower.
A Legendary Base was several levels above the average Player level, and even compared to Epic Bases, which on paper were just one tier below Legendary, the gap between them was still huge.
The Legendary growth rate was far higher than the Epic one, which would make the power gap grow larger and larger the higher the level got, so having Lohan level up alone while leaving Lisa with "average" growth would be a completely stupid thing to do.
