Veyra's expression immediately turned serious as she spoke and asked her what she intended to do next. She hesitated for a moment before crumbling the piece of paper in her hand into ash through her magical power.
"Celeste…?" Veyra gasped softly.
"I only believe in what I see with my own eyes, so I don't believe that she did what the Young City Lord of Crocodile City accused her of, but I don't trust her either. There's something about her that feels dangerous. That feeling felt stronger than when I am facing the Young City Lord," Celeste said quietly.
"Then how about I go in your place? If she really is plotting something, with my strength, I should be able to handle it without getting into danger," Veyra suggested, his eyes looking straight at Celeste.
