"Move quickly in a bit. If they're dead, leave them—take out that woman first. Boss said no need to keep any survivors."

After a few scattered nods, silence fell over the group.
Hearing this conversation made Suzy's blood run cold.
Take out that woman first? Me? Why??
How on earth had she crossed Nate?
Suzy genuinely couldn't figure it out. Or was Nate simply picking a fight for no reason?
However, now was not the time to overthink it—the five men had already closed in on the vehicle.
"You two go over there, you come with me this way, and you stand right here."
After throwing out a few quick orders, the armed leader walked up to Suzy's side of the car, grabbed the handle, and yanked hard.
The door was locked, remaining completely motionless.
"Damn it, it's actually locked!"
Cursing under his breath, he gestured to the guy beside him, getting ready to smash the window.
