Chapter 67 - 67 – Tundra's final wishes to Shenron

Tundra glanced at Neva for a moment, wondering if he had decided to drop the senile act.

"Will any of you be stopping me from using the Dragon Balls?" Tundra asked the ones on the Lookout.

They all shook their heads, except for Neva, who only stood there, acting as if he hadn't even heard anything.

"Good. Now, come forth, Shenron, and grant my wishes!" Tundra spoke out, invoking the great dragon's name.

The sky started to turn dark as the Dragon Balls began shining, summoning the dragon known as Shenron.

"Speak your wish. I shall grant it without hesitation!" Shenron spoke.

Tundra thought for a bit before asking a question.

"Are there any things that you would explicitly refuse to grant?"

Before Shenron could answer, Neva spoke up, interrupting him.

"Hmm... Shenron... light magic could never allow for evil wishes." Neva smiled, curious as to what Tundra's wish would be.

Tundra's eyes narrowed. Light magic? Then that would mean dark magic existed. He was sure he had never learned all of that, but if he phrased this wish correctly, maybe he'd have a way to learn it.

"Thank you, Neva. Now, Shenron, I wish for all of the knowledge pertaining to the Dragon Balls and how to create them."

Shenron paused for a moment, thinking it over.

"Hmm... very well."

Just then, a flood of information hit Tundra all at once, from how to sculpt the dragon to even how to imbue the Dragon Balls with magic.

Tundra didn't move for a moment, needing to process all of this information. Gomah took this chance to yell out a wish.

"Turn Tundra and all of his friends into children!"

Shenron processed this wish for a moment before sighing.

"That wish is beyond my power."

Shenron got a bit annoyed at this nobody who had almost distracted Tundra. Gomah wasn't even the one who had summoned him.

Gomah was terrified. He knew Tundra had heard everything, but before he could make another wish, Neva interjected.

"May I know how my people are doing?" He seemed genuinely sincere, like this was something he cared more about than anything else.

"They are living well and rebuilding on New Namek." Shenron's voice rang out. He wasn't one to reject a Namekian's earnest question.

Neva smiled, nodding to himself.

"I see... thank you."

Shenron nodded back before looking back to Tundra, who was getting up.

Tundra had a headache nearly on par with the time his head had been blown up. This massive, instantaneous influx of knowledge was a bit much, even for him.

Before even thinking about the next wish, he grabbed Gomah by the head, turning to Degesu.

"How important is he, really?"

Degesu thought for a moment. In reality, Gomah was kind of important, with Dabura gone and all.

"He is the Vice Supreme Demon King of the Demon Realm. Please do not kill him."

Tundra thought about it for a moment. That seemed quite important, much more than he had initially assumed. He'd let him off with a light punishment.

Tundra let go of the flailing Gomah in the air, but before he could fly, Tundra kicked him into one of the trees on the Lookout.

That was actually quite therapeutic, Tundra thought to himself in surprise.

"State your wish, or I shall take my leave," Shenron said in slight annoyance.

Tundra thought about whether he really needed anything else, and he came to the conclusion that there was one tiny thing left.

"I wish for the ability to understand all languages."

He didn't need to actually speak the languages, only to understand them. He would hate it if he was confused like back on Gavria.

"Very well. You have one wish remaining."

Tundra had no more wishes. He had basically gotten all he could ever wish for, but there was one thing he could wish for.

He walked up to Neva.

"Do you want to talk?"

Neva simply sighed, looking at the distracted Degesu. He nodded.

Seeing the nod, Tundra turned back to Shenron. He was wondering if what he imagined could be possible.

"Shenron, I wish to speak privately with Neva, and, if possible, in a space with a time difference of 200 to 1, with 200 seconds passing there while only 1 passes here, equipped with an hourglass to adjust the time we stay in there."

Shenron hummed. It was somewhat of a difficult wish, but just as a favor for a customer he'd likely never see again, he probed into Tundra's mind to know exactly what to grant, Tundra allowing it.

"Very well. Your wish has been granted."

With that, Tundra and Neva were transported to a cozy room, scaled to Neva's height, with a table containing two cups of tea, one being much larger than the other.
