Outside the door, Lu Xize saw Chu Yao spacing out. A smile touched his lips as he bent down slightly, bringing his face close to hers. "Good evening, Mrs. Lu." Chu Yao had just been thinking about what a stunningly handsome face looked like, and now one was suddenly right in front of her. Her cheeks flushed, but she quickly regained her composure. "Why are you back?"
According to what Lu Xize had said, he wasn't supposed to be back until tomorrow.
Chu Yao asked as she stepped aside to let Lu Xize in.
Lu Xize explained simply, "My business is finished."
"Oh. Have you had dinner?"
"No."
"What a coincidence. Me neither."
As Chu Yao spoke, Lu Xize frowned slightly. "Hasn't your dinner been delivered yet?"
