The Black Cat stood on a wall sconce, its gaze melancholic as it watched Wen Ying. It had clearly recognized the human before it.
But it didn't approach her as it would any other human.
Instead, it stood there from a distance, watching Wen Ying without saying a word.
When Wen Ying saw the Black Cat, a smile spread across her face. "Little Black, I didn't expect to find you here. I've been looking for you for a long time."
The Black Cat looked at Wen Ying, still refusing to speak.
"Little Black, aren't you coming down? Don't you want any dried fish?"
At the mention of dried fish, the Black Cat's expression shifted slightly, but it still didn't move.
"Little Black, am I not your friend anymore?"
Hearing this, the Black Cat grew indignant. "Meow! Meow! You're a bad human! A very bad human!"
"Why didn't you tell me? You took all the food! You made this kitty take all the blame! You have ill intentions! You're using me! This kitty won't fall for it again!"
