An Ning presented the most compelling evidence: a crystal-clear recording of the man's inappropriate activities inside his car. His actions caused the car to roll and hit An Ning's vehicle.
After watching the video, the traffic police announced on the spot that the man's actions violated traffic laws and that he would be detained and fined.
Only then did the man panic, breaking down in tears and clinging to the officer's leg.
"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, it's all my fault. Please, I'll accept any punishment, just don't tell my family. I'm begging you."
As he spoke, the man pulled a stack of cash from his wallet in a blatant attempt at a bribe, but he was immediately rejected.
"No! You can't! Please, I'm begging you. My wife can't find out about this, she just can't. Give me a chance, please. I still love my wife, I can't live without her. Please, give my family a chance. We have a child!"
