Qiuqiu looked up.
Mei Lin immediately asked her, "What do you think of this idea?"
"I think it's not bad."
The eldest daughter's eyes lit up. She thought to herself, "So I really do have a knack for business."
But Qiuqiu quickly shifted her tone. "However, based solely on this business plan, I can't grant you the authorization."
Mei Lin froze.
Qiuqiu closed the business plan. "Mei Lin, I have a question for you. Are you here today as my friend, Mei Lin Dais, or as a partner and investor, Mei Lin Dais?"
"As a partner and investor, of course." She would never take advantage of a friend.
"Then I definitely won't agree. This plan has a market, but its market consists almost entirely of my fans," Qiuqiu said, her expression turning serious. "If I authorize you to use the aroma of the braised gugu meat, I'd effectively be transferring my fan market over to you."
