Listening to Wu Sheng, Su Li couldn't help but break into a silly grin herself. After a moment, she couldn't resist asking, "They say marriage is the graveyard of love, and then there's the seven-year itch. After we've been married for a few years, will you still be this happy? Won't you get impatient?"
"How could marriage be the graveyard of love? It should be love's ultimate home."
Wu Sheng said this with a serious expression, then broke into a laugh. "That sounded so cheesy, but I meant it. And what's this about a seven-year itch? I don't know anything about that. When you're married, your feelings only get stronger. Of course I'll be happy. Why would I get annoyed?"
Su Li couldn't help but laugh. After she did, she felt a little silly. She pushed Wu Sheng away as she closed the door.
