"Come on, the washroom is this way." Once the squad leader left, Brother Glasses led them to wash up.
"Brother, what's your name?" Little Tang Mo realized he hadn't asked Brother Glasses for his name yet.
"My name is Mu Haoye. You can just call me Brother Haojie," Mu Haoye said, pushing up his glasses.
Little Tang Mo blinked. The name "Haojie," which meant 'hero,' seemed a little at odds with the man himself.
"Brother Haojie, did you sleep well last night? Won't your family be worried if you don't go home?"
Mu Haoye had also stayed the night, but he slept in the men's on-call room next door.
"It was so-so. I called them, so it's fine."
As he spoke, Mu Haoye let out a yawn.
Mu Haoye looked scholarly, but his morning routine was surprisingly bold and fast.
He gave his teeth a few quick swishes, splashed his face a couple of times, and called it done. When he turned around, he saw Little Tang Mo was still brushing his teeth.
