A body at the Divinity Transformation stage simply couldn't survive in a place like this, a land without cause and effect.
But Murphy was alive, and quite well at that.
The reason couldn't have been simpler.
Even though this was a place without cause and effect, there was still an immense path of light. The path, a vast expanse of white, stretched into the distance in this place that should have had no space, no time, and no color or sight.
This proved that cause and effect did exist here.
The being watched as Murphy's figure entered this land without cause and effect, yet remained completely unharmed.
