After leaving the coffee shop, Riley Perry decided to swing by the company.
But she'd forgotten about the huge storm she'd stirred up last night. The online controversy hadn't died down yet, and a small group of reporters had gathered at the company entrance. To avoid getting mobbed, she gave up on going to the office and went straight back to The Elysian Gardens.
It was almost eleven by the time she got back to the apartment. The three members of the Rhodes family were in the living room watching TV. "Mom, why aren't you resting a little longer?"
"I'm a light sleeper. I woke up after half an hour, and so did your dad."
Shane Perry: "..." 'He hadn't slept a wink, he was too excited.'
"Come on, Sean, let me see that list you made. Or just tell me what you want to eat for lunch, and I'll take you."
Shane Perry said, "Let's get pork intestine hot pot! Dad was watching videos with me, and he liked it too."
Riley Perry nodded. "Alright, pork intestine hot pot it is."
