"Xu Yun?"
Xu Yun and Chen Xin both froze for a moment and turned to look.
"I can't believe it's really you."
The woman looked at Xu Yun, then glanced at Chen Xin—a different woman than the one he was with last time—and smiled. "I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me."
Seeing that the woman was an acquaintance of Xu Yun, Chen Xin gave an awkward smile and said, "Xu Yun, you two talk. I'll head back first."
"Okay," Xu Yun acknowledged.
Watching Chen Xin hurry away, the woman smiled meaningfully. "President Xu is never short on beautiful women."
"You're too kind, President Liang."
Xu Yun looked at Liang Yan, who was dressed in a sexy gown, and smiled. "I didn't expect to run into you here. It seems we're really fated to meet."
"Quite fated, indeed."
Liang Yan asked, "So, how are they? Are the pastries here any good?"
"Uh, they're alright."
As he spoke, Xu Yun casually picked one up and offered it to her. "Want to try one? I notice none of you are eating."
"Thank you."
