The next morning, Lu Cang saw Yuna bright and early.
On Lu Cang's orders, Yuna was now free to come and go from his mansion as she pleased.
"Lu Cang, you have so many books."
She had spent all of yesterday with Lu Cang in the basement and hadn't had a chance to explore his grand residence at all.
Today, she took a tour of the house with him.
Only then did she realize just how many bookshelves Lu Cang had, all filled with books.
"Of course. I'm a big fan of studying," Lu Cang said.
"By the way, Yuna."
"After you awakened as a Scholar, you must have gained a Talent, right?" Lu Cang asked, feigning nonchalance.
"I was ecstatic when I awakened my Talent." Lu Cang planned to steer the conversation sideways before subtly coaxing her Talent out of her.
"Then, what Talent did you awaken, Lu Cang?" Yuna asked, tilting her head.
The corner of Lu Cang's eye twitched imperceptibly.
