Li Wei wasn't surprised by Wind Chaser's words.
He hadn't expected the Elemental Tower to agree to his demands so easily.
He had been planning to reveal a bit of his true power to intimidate the Elemental Tower's leadership.
To his surprise, the Elemental Tower had already started to give some ground.
Li Wei looked at him and asked, "What are the conditions?"
Wind Chaser said, "Kill the Legendary Witch Lich."
Li Wei met his gaze for a moment, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Are you serious?" he asked.
"This is the Tower Master's will," Wind Chaser said.
"If you want to join the Elemental Tower, then go kill the Legendary Witch Lich who is currently plaguing the world. Prove you have what it takes."
Li Wei let out a laugh. "You want me to do something that all of you in the Elemental Tower combined can't accomplish? And you want me to do it alone?"
"Are you all just that incompetent? Or do you take me for a fool?"
'Of course, I *could* do it.'
