"What about a Chief Constable?" Cheng Zongyang pressed.
Li Lu smiled wryly. "It's not as simple as just being strong enough. While you need the strength to be a Chief Constable, that alone doesn't get you the job. Furthermore, the position is usually filled by someone recommended by the local Noble Races, or appointed directly by the County Magistrate.
