In the scene, numerous Disciples were scrambling to escape the core area, trying to avoid the slime.
But few of them made it out. It seemed that, just as Zhang Deming had guessed, the Array meant for leaving had failed.
There was a silver lining, however: the Teleportation Array was not the only thing that had failed.
All the Light Curtains around the buildings had failed as well.
As a result, many people had no intention of fleeing at all and were instead busy plundering some of the Secret Realm's most valuable resources.
