It was during the lull between the fourth and fifth game ability inheritances that he had specifically left Qing City, venturing into a Special Region to deal with matters there. But he hadn't expected his initial foray to go so poorly. On his first attempt, he failed to uncover the secrets he was after.
Faced with this situation, Shen Fei immediately changed his objective. He knew there was a problem with the Special Regions; he had discovered that their secrets were automatically censored; and just a moment ago, he had cleared and uprooted a Special Region without much effort. Furthermore, after uprooting the Special Region, he had even obtained experience, Hearts of the City, City Energy, and other rare items.
Shen Fei's goal shifted directly to uprooting the Special Regions! This "cancer"!
