In the Patrolling Rangers, a group of only eighteen members, someone saw their captain's decision and asked in surprise.
"No ban!"
"Skyrocketing is too strong! We can't beat him with Combat Power alone. We have to find a new way! We have to use the rules to defeat him!"
The leader of the Patrolling Rangers stated his reasoning. He was dressed in dazzling purple leather armor with a purple, winged horse engraved on the back. He wielded a Crystal Longbow and wore a Covered Helmet.
"The person who gets banned receives 5% of the contribution points! For a small team, that's not a big deal. But for a large team, it's actually a huge exploit! Think about it. You fight your heart out and earn less than one ten-thousandth of the contribution points, but someone else does nothing and gets 5%! Wouldn't that cause a public outrage?"
