Mia Grant glared at him. "Get away from me."
"Tsk." Yates Donovan reached out, grabbed her chin, and tilted it up. "Who do you think you're talking to? Where are your manners?"
She slapped at his hand, but couldn't knock it away.
Resigned, she looked up at him. "What do you want to hear?"
"You..." The hand on her jaw slid down, tracing a path lower and lower, ever so slowly, before finally stopping over her heart. "You know exactly what."
Yates Donovan knew she was far too smart not to understand what he wanted.
'Just look at that face, that expression. So innocent and harmless.'
But she knew better than anyone.
She was the perfect example of a wolf in sheep's clothing.
Mia Grant rolled her eyes at him.
A second later, she met his gaze. "So what's in it for me?"
"I can't just let you take advantage of me for free, can I?"
