A knock came at the office door, and Eric entered with coffee.
"Mr. Grant, your coffee."
Turning, Eric then handed the other cup to Yates Donovan, who was sitting opposite him.
Yates Donovan accepted it with a smile and a word of thanks.
Eric gave a slight smile, his eyes darting around furtively.
He was being so obvious about it, it was hard for Yates Donovan not to notice.
"Relax. We're not three-year-olds. We're not going to 'bond' by getting into childish fistfights every day."
"..." Eric hadn't expected to be caught and coughed awkwardly.
Ever since the two of them had gotten into a huge fight right here, Eric had been stopping by the office eight hundred times a day.
He was terrified that if he wasn't paying attention, they'd start fighting again.
Before, he'd never worried about his Mr. Grant at all.
But in Mr. Donovan, he had met his match.
