Before a fire starts, we need to have them send people to check on the situation right away," the Director said, clapping his hands. Once all eyes were on him, he stood up and spoke.
It was already approaching noon, and the fire was predicted to start sometime after ten o'clock. They had to act fast.
With that, the Director rushed off to his office.
"Are we going to this one?" Zoe Sawyer asked, a conflicted look on her face. For the past few days, because they were being watched from outside, the Director and the others had forbidden her from using her 'door' ability to travel to and from the sites.
