Beau stared intently at the magnified view of the northwest corner. A woman stood there, completely disguised.
She wore a mask, hat, and sunglasses, and was partially hidden behind a tree, staring motionlessly in the direction of Sean Vance and Gavin Keller.
"She just got here. I doubt she's spotted you. Hold your positions for now," Captain Taylor made the decision quickly.
'We'll have the tech team track her in real-time with the cameras. We might uncover something new!'
Hearing Captain Taylor's order, Cap Wright had to suppress his urge to move in and make the arrest. He continued to watch the two targets nearby.
"Where's the stuff!" Sean Vance said anxiously, watching Gavin Keller approach and tugging at his mask.
Gavin Keller handed him a small backpack. "There's a phone and a card inside. The phone has a number in it. When you get a chance to slip away, he'll call to let you know, so be ready to move at a moment's notice.
