"Mo the kid, have you really thought this through?" the Pig Emperor asked.
Once you start down this path, there's no going back. If he really did this, Mo Qi would have offended every Sub-Palace, with no chance for reconciliation.
"Is there anything to think through?" Mo Qi retorted. "They're already trying to kill me. I'm being polite by not going for the kill. Is my decision really that vicious?"
The Pig Emperor shook his head and grinned, revealing two rows of snow-white tusks. "Vicious? Not at all. But I think it's exciting."
The thought of Mo Qi going up against the entire Hall of Envoys didn't make the Pig Emperor the least bit nervous or flustered. Instead, he was filled with anticipation.
"If you need it, I don't mind spicing things up for you, heh heh." The Pig Emperor's eyes narrowed, his small pupils circling. He was clearly up to no good.
Mo Qi thought for a moment and didn't refuse.
