'Back in Norfell, the mating seasons for males and females were mostly during the rainy season. But in the Beastman City-states, there seemed to be no distinction between a rainy and a snowy season. By his calculations, the rainy season in Norfell was long over. The Dragon God really was different from ordinary Beastmen.'
