"Whoa... He's devastatingly handsome," he said. "A male cultivator this good-looking has to be my uncle-in-law, the one I've never met, right? I heard Mom say Aunt Nerida had found a Taoist Companion. I can't believe it's true."
Nerida's gaze fell on Aeron, and she was filled with emotion thinking about the fate that had brought them together. 'If it weren't for The Exalted One, I might have lost such a wonderful husband.'
With this in mind, she nodded slightly and began the introductions. "This is Aeron, my Taoist Companion. Now you'll have one more person to dote on you." Then she turned to Aeron and said, "This is our Young Master. He's the Aaron I've mentioned to you."
Aeron stepped forward, stopping about two paces from him. He placed a hand over his chest and bowed slightly. "Aeron. Greetings, Young Master."
Aaron Sinclair spoke up. "You're Aunt Nerida's Taoist Companion, so that makes you my uncle-in-law. From now on, just call me Aaron."
Aeron smiled and nodded.
