Nerida wiped away her tears and threw her arms around him.
"It's true. You're still alive."
Holding her in his arms, the sensation was so real. Only now did Aeron finally believe that he hadn't actually died.
"What in the world is going on? I'm not dead."
Nerida took his hand, then looked up at the sky. She smiled and said, "He's the one who saved you. This is The Exalted One I told you about."

'No matter who he is, he saved my life, so he's my benefactor. Besides, he's The Exalted One Nerida mentioned, which makes him her family.'
With this in mind, Aeron bowed deeply and said in a sincere tone, "Thank you for saving my life, Exalted One."
