The Mysterious Ancient Mirror hovered in the air before him. Reflected in the Ancient Mirror was the woman's smiling face, and her gentle voice drifted out. "Well... Surprised? Shocked?"
It was indeed shocking, and a situation utterly beyond his control.
After a moment of silence, he spoke. "He does look like me."
Celeste Grant smiled. "Of course our son looks like you, but his eyes and brows are mine."
He grunted in subconscious agreement.
Hearing her matter-of-fact tone, Javier Sinclair, on his side of the Ancient Mirror, blushed and averted his gaze.
"This is called a phone, and this is a photograph."
In the mirror, Celeste Grant didn't just show him a picture of their son; she showed him a photo of their family of three. "See? I wasn't lying! You recognize yourself, don't you? This is a picture of the two of us."
'A photograph... So this is a photograph?'
