News that the Demonic Sects had opened a night market quickly spread throughout the Cultivation World.
Everyone was curious. What exactly was a night market?
They had heard of black markets, but what was this night market? Weren't stalls always set up during the day? Who in their right mind would set up a stall at night? And who would be bored enough to go browsing?
Driven by a desire to see what the fuss was about, some people formed groups, planning to investigate on opening day. Others went even earlier, before it opened, only to be stopped by Demon Cultivators and denied entry.
The Demon Cultivators didn't drive them away, though. They were allowed to watch from nearby, as long as they didn't go inside.
A sign was thoughtfully hung next to the Demonic Night Market, stating that before the grand opening, no one was allowed entry except for registered merchants.
