A distance of five hundred li was nothing to Ye Tian and his companion. Flying through the air, they could arrive in just a moment, but choosing the optimal location required some time.
After about an hour, Ye Tian and Zhang Xinlan finally descended from the sky. Zhang Xinlan took an Antitoxic Medicine; the miasma here was incredibly potent. There was little vegetation, and what little there was grew stunted and small. As for animals, they hadn't seen a single one. The miasma was likely too strong for any to dare approach.
The spot they chose was in the center of the valley. It was a wide-open area, easy to move around in and unlikely to be disturbed.
Ye Tian surveyed their surroundings and suddenly said, "Xinlan, isn't it dangerous for us to face the Thunder Tribulation down here in the valley? If the Celestial Thunder strikes the mountains and they collapse, we could be buried alive!"
