The employee quickly finalised the paperwork before handing the completed documents to Elara.
She took them without a word.

It was still surprising that an A Rank was seemingly giving all her money away to another Titled, but it was much less surprising than when Ethan was a mere E Rank.
All Elara sought was food, a place to stay, and someone she trusted. Since she was being provided exactly that, the money she earned from gates didn't matter to her. It didn't matter that much to Ethan, but who would turn down all that cash?

Outside, the motorcycle was waiting exactly where he'd left it. The same Black Suit from earlier immediately hurried over and handed him the keys.
